Our Story

The beginnig

After organising a trip for a group to North India in autumn 2018 I came to Andalucia for the first time to visit a friend. I wanted to explore the possibility of organizing here in this wonderful environment retreats and spiritually and physicall healing events.

On the third day while visiting a flea market in Andalucia, a message foretelling the purchase of a house came into my consciousness. Among the items for sale on the market I noticed an old and slightly damaged piece of art representing the Last Supper, which I decided to buy and leave at a friend’s house. When I picked up the purchased picture again a message came through: “You will buy a house here.” I was surprised and said in my mind: “No I won’t buy!”

However it so happened that I agreed on the house purchase deal two weeks later, without even having the necessary money for the buy at present moment.

The initial motivation for buying a house in Andalucia was the need for a place to come to recharge my batteries.

Vision

My vision is to create favourable conditions and a supportive practical and spiritual environment for people who want to start making changes that match the longing of their soul. The space we have created fully supports the initiation of desired changes.

Being away from the usual environment where people experience a fully supportive surrounding, they are able to discover where their energy leaks in their life, put a stop to it much more easier and find their vision and calling more easily. Casa Granado can be used for creative retreats, health restoration, wellness and relaxation retreats, personal growth trainings, silence retreats, fasting retreats and various life – celebrating spiritual events. Casa Granado welcomes everybody who want to create events that match the vision of the house, casa is open to many creative ideas and activities.

The main part of the funds used to build the center came from selling the land of my grandparents. It was initially illegally taken from them under the occupation of Estonia in the 1940s and was returned after Estonia regained its independence. I used the majority of this inherited property to renovate the pink house.

I devoted myself completely to building the center for several years. My intention is to offer a safe and creative place for creative activities, to provide possible support for people who come with an intention to make a change in their life and start creating their life. We aim also to create value for the local community.

About me

I am an inventor of solutions, a creator of experiences, a builder of emotions and a lover of beauty.

I was born in 1969 in Estonia. I grew up in a house with a Christian congregation downstairs. As a child and later on I often attended church meetings. My grandfather on my mother’s side was one of the leaders of this congregation and also a founding member. My origin and upbringing have influenced my life significantly and it was only after the age of 40 that I allowed myself to look outside of the Christian worldview. Currently, no religion is part of my identity, but I use a lot of different worldviews for myself and others. I believe in the divinity of us all and our ability to be in direct contact with the Source.

I have trained as a Journey practitioner, MER massage and OSHO active meditation instructor, I have a special interest in working with sounds and vibration. In 2017 I took a trip to Nepal to explore the practice of Himalayan sound bowls in the middle of the tradition. I am convinced that the effect of consciously created and directed sound frequencies on a person’s health, well – being and energy system is balancing, healing and profound. Working with sound frequencies, I have developed my own unique methodology.

With the creation of Casa Granado, I made important changes and transitions in my life, this is where the energy of new beginnings resides. People who come into direct or indirect contact with Casa Granado also come into contact with new beginnings.

Pomegranate logo

Casa Granado‘s logo is inspired by the pomegranate tree. Already at the very beginning, in the spring of 2019, I saw in my vision an image shaped as a pomegranate tree on the facade of the house. The motif of the pomegranate tree is ancient, with a strong and lasting symbolic value. The logo is designed with the intention that just by looking at it, it has an effect. It contains the good and the desired for the viewer. In addition, I weaved a crowned octagon as a magical symbol, which has a very homely vibe for an Estonian.
