Come and enjoy the abundance of Andalusia in the ripeness of autumn and awaken to your own inner beauty, radiance and potential! Andalucía still has a lovely sunny vibe and warmth in October nurturing the body and soul and supporting rememberance that life is beauty and joy to be shared together and loved within ourselves. We`ll be in a natural flow taking time to relax and enjoy as well as discover the surroundings and a local way of life. We ́ll witness the dance of life within our own landscape and discover our inner dancer as well as enjoy the outer dances and movements.
We will recharge and fill ourselves with the sun, are grounded and supported by powerful mountains and purified and fulfilled by thermal springs. We wil be experiencing authentic Spain, the peaceful idyll of a small town and the luxurious enjoyment of autumn’s abundance and ripeness. With the external abundance and enjoyment we also relax into ourselves and into greater peace, fulfillment and love of who we are and all that is.
On this Andalucian journey lightness and joy of being go hand in hand with deeper landing within. We will dive into various rituals and journeys that support purifying and releasing old layers and open us to a new and fresh touch of life. Together we will create loving support and unity, enjoy the local gifts and gifts of being together, invite playfulness and curiosity and let go of knowing and old ways of being and simply allow life to surprise us!
Among many other things we will prepare Spanish paella with a local a chef and enjoy simple Latin American dances.
We are held by the magical Casa Granado which supports heart connections and new beginnings.

Price
Early Bird price 1222 until 1st of August
1444 euros which can be paid in two or more installments as agreed.
Price includes transfer from Malaga airport to Suflí and all other shared trips, accommodation for 9 nights in double rooms, nourishing food at least twice a day, sauna, all group practices and journeys.
Price does not include flight tickets to Malaga.

Retreat Space Holders
Adena is a space holder and a breathwork therapist and constellator, concious dance and ceremony organizer with ten years of experience. She is fascinated by the connection between body and soul, the visible and invisible, attunement with nature through the breath, presence and movement. Adena is filled with the joy of being alive.

Karen has been organising events for bringing women together and performing shamanic rituals since 2015. She is fascinated by the world of plants and has a shamanistic world view dear to her heart, in which life is spiritual and all creation is connected. She is particularly drawn to sauna rituals and creating a connection between body and soul through deeper intimacy.
